I’m Karen
I’m truly so glad you’ve found this space. I’ve been dreaming of creating a safe-haven for women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and rediscover their inner resilience. As someone who has faced burnout and trauma, I know the journey isn’t always easy. That’s why I’ve created a space where growth feels gentle, support is unwavering, and you can move at your own pace toward the woman you want to become.
Together, we’ll focus on building mental and physical strength in a way that feels safe, cozy, and aligned with your unique journey.
Because I’m someone who loves the details, too, I’m an introverted Enneagram 9w8 mom of two boys who is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NASM and a certified Life Coach through Go & Tell Gals. I’m also currently working toward becoming a certified Yoga Teacher and certified in Somatic Healing.
